Suzanne Winters
President/Owner - WENCO Construction Company

Suzanne has more than 38 years of experience in the commercial construction industry serving in various positions of leadership.

In 1994, Suzanne joined WENCO as Controller and became Vice President of Administration in 2003. As Vice President, she was responsible for the management of the financial operations, human resources, office operations and IT department. Additionally, Winters was responsible for the safety administration and compliance. She shares “the quality and professionalism of our people make all the difference in delivering stellar customer service and workmanship to our customers.”

Suzanne became the owner of WENCO Construction Company, LLC on January 1, 2014. Under her leadership, WENCO is recognized as a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), WBE and EDGE certified commercial construction company servicing southwest Ohio. Headquartered in New Carlisle, Ohio, WENCO Construction provides a full range of construction services including design-build, pre-construction estimating, value engineering, plan and specification general contracting, building services and construction management services.

For the past 24 years, Winters has been with the WENCO companies, providing leadership and working with the management team to establish long term goals. Suzanne believes “attention to detail and communication at all levels of the WENCO organizations, assures our clients we are delivering superior professional results.” WENCO Construction Company is known for working in occupied environments, providing excellent housekeeping, and superior client service, competitive pricing and completing jobs on schedule and within budget while producing quality work.


Bill Davis,
Sales and Design

Bill joined the WENCO team in 2016 in the sales and design department. His experience includes design build and traditional model, design – bid – build project delivery. Bill has experience working on project types that include, church facilities, industrial and commercial buildings, factories, warehouses, education, pedestrian bridges, speculative retail, multi-family housing, airplane hangars, high-rise, medical office buildings, using pre-engineered metal buildings, conventional steel and wood frame construction in sizes ranging to 450,000 SF industrial buildings and 30 floor office buildings.

Bill holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science, Architectural Technology from the Lexington Technical Institute.


Steve Bowman,
Director of Preconstruction

Steve joined the WENCO team in 1986.

Steve is a Certified Architectural Technician, Phoenix Institute of Technology

Larry DiLoreto,
Project Manager

Larry joined the WENCO team in 1991.

Larry earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.

Mike Bernard,
Project Manager and Estimator

Mike joined the WENCO team in 1995 as an estimator.

Mike holds an Associate Degree in Architectural Engineering from ITT Technical Institute.

Steve Cosby,
Project Manager and Estimator

Steve joined the WENCO team in 1993.

Bryan Magoteaux,
Project Manager and Estimator

Bryan joined the WENCO team in 2006.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Wittenberg University.

Ronna Spahr,
Safety Director

Ronna joined the WENCO team in 2012.

Ronna has certifications including: Certified Construction Health & Safety Technician through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals; OSHA Authorized Construction Trainer through the U.S. Department of Labor; Construction Quality Management Certificate through the Corps of Engineers; and Skill Evaluator for CPR/First Aid Training.

Kevin Wogoman,

Kevin joined WENCO in 2018 as the Controller. His areas of expertise are in financial management and planning.

Kevin has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Wright State University. He began his career with 10 years in public accounting. He earned his CPA from the State of Ohio. Kevin has more than 30 years of financial experience in the industries of construction, manufacturing and distribution.

Tracie Tays,
Client Relationship Manager

Tracie joined the WENCO team in 2016.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Urbana University.
